   Air Purification

After controlling the sources and following the above strategies, an additional measure to improve indoor air quality is the use of an air purification device.

The only air cleaning system accepted by the medical and scientific communities is a true medical HEPA medium for particles and the combination of activated carbon and natural zeolite for gases.

Other types of air purification devices rely on the distribution of ozone to break down the molecular structure of the odor causing contaminant. Applications included odor abatement / fire restorations and tobacco smoke abatement. Additional applications for low level ozone include purification for occupied spaces.

Go to Products for more information on air purification units.
