SUMMARY
Summarize the primary function and general purpose of this position.
Responsible for overseeing a crew of Service Associates responsible
for HVAC system cleaning projects from assignment to completion.
This includes supervising and implementing all facets of the
remediation process, while maintaining a high level of integrity
and quality control.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Describe the required functions and responsibilities of this
position.
1. Take a job from conceptual state to completion following
established procedures and overcoming any obstacles along the
way.
2. Communicate job scopes, delegate specific responsibilities
and duties to Service Associates on the crew.
3. Work closely with the Project Manager and Operations Manager
in scheduling manpower and needed equipment for jobs.
4. Communicate job details and progress to Operations and Project
Management.
5. Ensuring all needed equipment, tools and supplies are available
and loaded on the truck prior to each day’s departure.
6. Accurate collection of pre and post biological samples and
photo documentation to be used in post remediation reports.
7. Prepare timely and detailed paperwork.
8. Evaluate field personnel and assist with performance evaluations.
9. Clean HVAC systems using established procedures.
10. Retrieve daily work schedule using the voice mail system.
11. Ability to read and follow HVAC Bluepints (for commerial
jobs).
OTHER JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS
Summarize the ancillary functions of this position and the specific
competencies required to fully perform this position.
1. Continual refinement of technology and procedures to increase
productivity.
2. Acquire hands-on experience with the various systems and
refurbishing techniques.
3. Maintain a clean jobsite, truck and equipment. Perform any
preventative maintenance that is needed.
4. Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and requirements.
5. Other duties as required by management.
