"Sick Building" complaints prompted a call to IAP for evaluation and recommendations. A contaiminated HVAC system was compounded by excess moisture being drawn in near the outside air intake. Photos take you through the system starting from the return grille, through the unit and supply. HVAC system cleaning, fiberglass insulation coating and sanitizing was performed in this system. Positive results were confirmed at the end of the project with photographs, sampling results, and building performance testing.
