SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the supervisor in
cleaning, sanitizing, and reconditioning of commercial and
residential HVAC systems. The Service Assocate is also responsible
for the maintenance of the equipment owned by Indoor Air
Professionals, the proper care of the equipment and facilities of
the clients in addition to friendly and courteous behavior. The
Service Associate is responsible for completing the work in a timely
fashion while adhearing to the quality standards of Indoor Air
Professionals all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Describe the required functions and responsibilities of this
position.
1. Fully understand the operation and maintenance
of all equipment. 2. Understand operation and configuration of
HVAC systems. 3. Clean HVAC systems using established
procedures. 4. Quality control inspection using light source and
mirror. 5. Explain cleaning process to customers while providing
superior customer service. 6. Complete necessary paperwork and
forms. 7. Loading/unloading, set up/tear down, clean up of
equipment and jobsite. 8. Retrieve daily work schedule using the
voice mail system.
OTHER JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS
1. Must display a friendly attitude to IAP customers and
internal team members. 2. Ability to work independently when
necessary. 3. Must be self-motivated, hard working and dedicated
individual. 4. Participate in IAP team meetings. 5.
Assisting crew leader in any other aspects of job not already
stated. 6. Arrival at work on time and well prepared (dress,
tools, positive attitude). 7. Excellent organizational skills
and be mechanically included. 8. Other duties as required by
management.
